I delightedly join the University of Embu in conveying my congratulations to the graduating Class of 2020. Indeed, it is through your efforts and the support given by the academia, parents, partners and the Government, that you are celebrating this academic success. I am confident that with the University’s steadfast commitment to providing quality teaching and learning, you have received the best training that you will use in building the nation.  

I wish to applaud the University for the tremendous growth in infrastructural developments, student enrollment, excellence in performance contracting and commitment to provision of quality teaching and learning services. These desirable indicators will continue to enormously contribute to production of all-rounded graduates, self-dependent, and with relevant skills and competencies that give them a competitive edge in industry, both for employability and also for self-employment.

In addition to the academic qualifications you have attained, I urge you, the graduands, to be guided by ethics and integrity in all your endeavours as you enter the new chapter of life. Besides being great ambassadors of the University of Embu, the youth and Kenya at large, ensure you pass on the spark of light and blessing to other people in organizations you join. This will help you develop your professional career successfully, and to leave endearing trails in service to humanity.
